- 2. Tax Exact does not deliver tax software MeF e-filing for your State 1040 tax returns on the first day the IRS or State accepts MeF electronically filed tax returns for the State you are located in.
- 3. Tax Exact does not deliver tax software MeF e-filing for Federal 1065, 1120S & 1120C tax returns by February 15th of each year.
- 4. Tax Exact does not deliver in December the same version of tax software as the Demo at the time of purchase or renewal.

Cancellations received by first time buyers within 72 hours of membership purchase will be offered a complete refund minus shipping and handling.
Cancellations received within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund minus a $150 service fee and any other applicable fees such as,
but not limited to, shipping and handling, training fees, and any fees due to Tax Exact.
No refunds will be provided for software that has been used to e-file or is a renewed previous year customer with the exception of

Requests for a refund need be prepared on a company letterhead and signed by the primary person on the membership account.
The written request should also contain the company name, primary contact name, account number, address and any other relevant
contact information, date of order, and reason for the refund request.
To be eligible for the 100% Money Back guarantee you must notify Tax Exact in writing by U. S. postal service
within 5 days of guaranteed delivery date specified above if you are intending on requesting a refund.
Tax Exact upon receipt of your refund request will immediately terminate your membership as requested,

If you do a credit card, PayPal or merchant service chargeback this will void all guarantees, refunds or cancellation of membership,
