Here are some of our frequently asked questions about our Bank Product :

Service bureau fees are a great way for our members to earn extra income. At their option, members may add a service bureau fee of up to $99.00 on every return that includes a request for a bank product.

When the bank product is funded for the taxpayer, 65% of the service bureau fee is deposited directly into the member's bank account, while TaxExact receives 35%. Suppose you do 100 bank product returns each year and elect to add a $50.00 fee to those returns. That means you would earn an additional $3,250.00 annually

Bank Product Questions

Q. Can I add different Service Bureau Fees for different customers?

A. Unfortunately, no. If you elect to add a service bureau fee, the amount you decide upon will be added to all returns for which your customers elect a bank product and that bank product is successfully processed.

Q. What do you plan to offer in the way of bank products?

A. Through our vendors, we have relationships in place to offer Refund Transfers (RTs) There are currently no plans in place to offer Refund Anticipation Loans (RALs) for the upcoming tax season.
